The organizing committee of the Consortium is forming to move the discussion of human rights from the halls of government to human rights learning in the village square and from policy discussion to action. Our goal is that each and every human being can learn and own their human rights and therefore move to participating fully in the decisions that impact their daily lives.                                         

We take seriously the call for civil society to engage in integrating human rights learning in your activities at the community level to reach every woman, man, youth and child around the world. It is only through civil society and its organizations that our mission can become a reality.  This makes your participation important to the future of the International Consortium and the very people you serve.
