Introducing PDHRE’s workshops and fieldwork for young community leader who return to their communities prepared to evoke critical thinking with a gender perspective about the holistic vision of human rights as relevant to the concerns of the community. Young people as the future educators for half of humanity, that is under 25 years old, are introduced to political economy, psychology, sociology, cultural diversity, human rights and human rights education for social transformation with a special focus on transforming the patriarchal system to a human rights system. Participants learn, share, and develop methodologies and strategies for promoting human rights education in their own communities. The objective is to instruct and support a new generations and cadres of human rights educators to establish a new vocation: Human Rights Educators for Societal Development,
